PPS international background checks

I XYZ, hereby authorize Company Name and its designated agents and representatives to conduct a comprehensive review of my background causing a consumer report and/or an investigative consumer report to be generated for employment purposes. I understand that the scope of the consumer report/investigation may include an international record search conducted in the country of Company Name. I further authorize Company Name to obtain all information, verbal, or written pertaining to me XYZ, because of this investigative employment process. Company Name and its designated agents/representatives shall maintain all information received from this authorization in a confidential manner to protect the applicant's confidentiality and personal information, including but not limited to address, social security, government identity, associated names, and dates of birth.
